Welcome to HoneyxCartel. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from HoneyxCartel. By visiting our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Throughout these Terms, "HoneyxCartel, "we", "us", and "our" refer to HoneyxCartel. "You" and "your" refer to the customer or website visitor. 

1. Online Store Terms

By using our website or purchasing from HoneyxCartel, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You may not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You may not attempt to interfere with the security, functionality, or operation of our website. 

2. Products & Product Information

HoneyxCartel offers products that may include body jewelry, apparel, fashion accessories, lifestyle accessories, limited-edition collections, and other merchandise. We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, measurements, materials, photographs, and other information accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing processes, and product materials. 

Measurements and sizing information are provided as a guide. Customers are responsible for reviewing available sizing information before purchasing. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products but will give you notice.

3. Body Jewelry

Customers are responsible for selecting jewelry appropriate for their piercing, including the correct gauge, length, diameter, material, and style.

Educational information provided by HoneyxCartel, including social-media content, product information, or other piercing-related content, is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for advice or assessment from a qualified professional piercer or medical professional.

Individual anatomy varies. HoneyxCartel does not guarantee that a particular jewelry style or piercing placement is suitable for every individual.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be calculated during checkout. 

HoneyxCartel reserves the right to correct pricing or product-information errors and, where appropriate, cancel or refund an affected order. 

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

6. Preorders

Certain HoneyxCartel products may be offered as preorders. 

A preorder means that the product is not currently ready for immediate shipment and will be produced, ordered, or received after the customer's purchase. Estimated processing, production, or shipping timelines will be provided on the applicable product page whenever available. These timelines are estimates and may be affected by manufacturing, supplier, customs, carrier, or other circumstances outside HoneyxCartel's reasonable control.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and agree that your order may require a longer fulfillment period than an in-stock purchase. If and order contains both pre-order and in-stock merchandise, fulfillment timing may vary depending on the information provided at checkout or on the applicable product page.

Any cancellation or refund rights applicable to preorder purchases are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

7. Limited-Edition & Custom Products 

Certain collections may be produced in limited quantities or for limited periods. Availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted and processed.

Products described as customized, personalized, made-to-order, or otherwise specifically produced may be subject to additional terms disclosed on the applicable product page.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Processing and estimated delivery times may vary by product. 

Once and order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. 

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Additional shipping terms are provided in our Shipping policy.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the HoneyxCartel Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Because certain products may involve hygiene considerations, customization, limited production, or preorder manufacturing, eligibility may vary by product as described in that policy and as permitted by applicable law. 

10. Intellectual Property

The HoneyxCartel name, branding, logos, graphics, original artwork, product designs, photographs, website content, educational materials, collection names, and other original brand materials are owned by or licensed to HoneyxCartel where applicable. 

You may not reproduce, copy, sell, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit HoneyxCartel content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law. 

11. Reviews & User Content

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, feedback, or other content to HoneyxCartel, you represent that you have the right to provide that content. 

You may not submit unlawful, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise harmful content. Any permission for HoneyxCartel to reuse customer photographs or other user-generated content will be subject to applicable law and any additional permissions or terms presented to you. 

12. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or provide access to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping providers, social-media platforms, and ecommerce technology providers.

HoneyxCartel is not responsible for the independent practices, availability, content, or policies of third-party websites or services. 

13. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website to engage in unlawful activity, commit fraud, transmit malicious software, interfere with website security, scrape or harvest information without authorization, infringe intellectual-property rights, harass others, or otherwise misuse our services.

We reserve the right to restrict access to our services when these Terms are violated.

14. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HoneyxCartel provides its website, content, and products subject to the warranties and protections that cannot legally be excluded. HoneyxCartel is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products to the extent such limitations are permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold HoneyxCartel harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of our website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
